Our base in Gordon’s Bay constitutes a factory where we process fresh, whole fish to any chef’s individual requirements. We scale, fillet, trim, skin and de-bone to order. From here we distribute daily to the kitchens of the top restaurants in our region.
Our small shop on the premises caters for the home-cook, entertainer, the health conscious, the curious and the brave. If you love fresh fish and seafood this is the place to shop!

Last, but definitely notable is our fish & chips take-away-a good one at that.
We are conscious of the fragile state of our resource in our coastal waters and do not support the trawling industry.
We buy from legal, commercial , hand line (line fish), pole (tuna) and longline (kingklip) fishermen. The only trawl fish we buy is hake (MSC certified).
Catch is taken to the fisheries where it is sold to our valuable and innovative customers to be prepared and enjoyed in a thousand and more different ways.
